A brand worthy of a rebrand.
We listened, we documented, and we discovered along side the team to figure out what really happens for candidates and clients. What has given this local company the ability to stand strong for over 35 years?

THE SCOPE

Visual Identity
We chose Kepler and Barlow as fonts, which pair timeless elegance with functional warmth. The logo, centered on a custom sapphire gemstone, draws a line between legacy and modernity. It captures the idea that relationships, like gemstones, take time, care, and pressure to form.
The color palette speaks to trust and fluidity. Three blues ranging from icy to deep sapphire, anchored by “Almost White,” a cool, modern neutral. Together, these tones convey capability without coldness, strength without rigidity.
Website & Brand Activation
The existing CPS Recruitment site showed professionalism, but it didn’t reflect their forward momentum. We mapped out an end-to-end content overhaul, including but not limited to location-specific pages, services messaging, and candidate-focused UX. Then we executed.
New name. New tone. New web architecture. All designed for their big launch.
Brand Management
Rebrands don’t stop at logos and domains. We built a priority list with the Sapphire team to manage everything across email redirects, custom-branded materials, and messaging to specific audiences. Every asset was reviewed, revised, and relaunched.
